Nudist Exchange accepts banners in .gif , .jpeg formats. Dimensions of all banners: 468x60 only on top, 468x80 and 120x600. Maximum file size: 12Kb for 468x60, 17 Kb for 468x80 and 20Kb for 120x600.

Nudist Exchange reserves the right to refuse membership to any
websites or banners containing pornographic, illegal, or immoral
activities or for any other reasons as we see fit.

Nudist Exchange HTML code code may not be modified in any way without the prior approval of Nudist Exchange.

It must also be in a visible place accessible to visitors. We DO NOT allow our banners to be loaded within downloadable consoles of any nature. The page containing the Nudists Exchange link exchange code may not have a meta-refresh tag of any kind or be loaded into iframe's. Nudist Exchange reserves the right to delete members accounts should they :-

 1.) Not place the ad code within their sites.
 2.) If the ad code is loaded into consoles.
 3.) If the page with our banner code contains banners from other exchanges
 4.) Place our banner code on a page with a meta-refresh of any    kind.
 5.) For breaking any of our terms.
 6.) For any other reason not specified above.

Nudist Exchange name, logo, software, databases, reports, website, and information are proprietary and cannot be used without prior permission from Nudist Exchange.

Members can only place one of each size ad on a page on a member website. For example http://mydomain.com/page1.htm would only be able to have one 468x60 banner, one 468x80, and one 120x600, all sourced from Nudist Exchange. This does not include banners sourced from other sites or a members own site, however, excessive banners will result in a warning or the closure of your account.

We only accept members who have their own website, and applications are accepted or rejected at our sole discretion.

We take fraud very seriously and any attempt to artificially increase your credits by IP spoofing, meta-refresh tags or by any other means will be detected and will result in the immediate termination of your account without warning.

You, the member, shall be solely responsible for any and all obligations, restrictions, liabilities or other claims arising from, or related to any payment made to you pursuant to these Terms and Conditions, including without limitation, any such obligations, restrictions, liabilities or claims imposed or required by (i) the laws and regulations of the member's country of residence, or any other applicable laws or regulations of government bodies, foreign or domestic, (ii) contractual obligations or commitments, or (iii) any policies or other guidelines or restrictions applicable to the member, including without limitation, the Terms and Conditions and the policies of any educational institution or other organization with which you may be associated.

All members agree to utilize the services of Nudist Exchange at their own risk. Nudist Exchange , its administrators, partners and sponsors cannot be held liable for any damage or loss of information that may occur from the use of the services of Nudist Exchange. The administrators of Nudist Exchange do not make any guarantees regarding the dependability, accuracy, or timeliness of the services of Nudist Exchange.

Nudist Exchange reserves the right to modify these Terms and
Conditions. Members agree to remain in compliance with these Terms and Conditions as they may be modified and amended from time to time.
